CODANALYSES is an analytics and store tool for cash-on-delivery sellers. This page explains what data we handle, why, and how you can remove it. Contact: the support contact in the app.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email and the members of your workspace.
- Business data you import or type: products, orders, leads, deliveries, ad spend and costs.
- Store data: the orders your customers place on your store pages (name, phone, address, items).
- Connected services, only when you connect them yourself:
- Facebook / Meta: an access token used to read your ad accounts, pages and pixels, and to create the campaigns you launch from CODANALYSES.
- TikTok: an access token used to read your TikTok advertiser accounts, pixels and ad reports, and to create the campaigns you launch from CODANALYSES.
- Google: an access token used to read the Google Drive files and Google Sheets you choose (read-only for Drive).
- Telegram: the chat id used to send you your daily report.
How we use it
- Only to provide the service to you: dashboards, reports, alerts, your store, and the ad campaigns you ask to create.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising of our own.
- Data from Google APIs is used only to provide the features you request, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed database in the European Union (Paris). Access tokens are kept server-side and are never shown in the browser.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the services needed to run the features you use (hosting, database, Meta, TikTok, Google, Telegram, your delivery companies), and never sold.
Your choices
- You can disconnect Facebook, TikTok, Google or Telegram at any time from the app; the stored token is deleted.
- You can ask for all your data to be deleted: see Data deletion.
